Carr Canyon, Sierra Vista AZ

Located in the Coronado National Forest, Carr Canyon is located south of Sierra Vista off of route 92. The road is gravel and rough in spots. Some of the switchbacks are tight. Motorhomes and trailers over 20 feet may have problems. Climbing into the Huachuca mountains to about 7,200 feet, the views of the surrounding area are fantastic. At the top is a Coronado National Forest campground with restrooms only. This area is full of hiking trails.
